At INDOOR MICROBIAL SPECIALIST (IMS), we use advanced protocols, and work along with nationally accredited laboratories for testing. IMS Mold Inspectors uses the aforementioned items to ensure that your concerns with mold issues and the indoor air quality in your home, workplace, or building are properly addressed. The average individual inhales about 10 cubic meters of air each day, roughly the volume of the inside of an elevator. Because people typically spend so much time indoors, poor indoor air quality (IAQ) can greatly affect individuals and, more broadly, public health and national productivity.

In order to develop effective and achievable solutions to mold issues, it is imperative to have a clear understanding of building science, mechanical operations, and building envelope systems. This is where the extensive skill and mold expertise of IMS comes into play. Under normal conditions, mold is only a symptom of a much larger problem; mold usually does not occur without a water source or mechanical failure in the balance of your building. Because of this, waterproofing knowledge is essential in diagnosing and preventing mold issues.

It is crucial that you act quickly when you become aware of a mold problem in your building. A timely response will help to minimize any flow-on effects such as an increase in toxicity and damage to surfaces. IMS understands that time is of the essence in diagnosing and addressing your toxic mold problem. You can rely upon us to respond promptly to your call for help and quickly develop solutions to remediate your mold problems and keep them from coming back.
